Contact Form 7 - Change language

Hello,

I'm trying to change the language of "Contact Form 7" into french.

I found the following example here : wp language | WP-CLI Command | WordPress Developer Resources

# Install the Dutch core language pack.
$ wp language core install nl_NL
Success: Language installed.

# Activate the Dutch core language pack.
$ wp language core activate nl_NL
Success: Language activated.

# Install the Dutch language pack for Twenty Seventeen.
$ wp language theme install twentyseventeen nl_NL
Success: Language installed.

# Install the Dutch language pack for Akismet.
$ wp language plugin install akismet nl_NL
Success: Language installed.

But this doesn't work in putty command line :
"plesk ext wp-toolkit --wp-cli -instance-id 1 -- language plugin install contact-form-7 fr_FR"

The error message is :
"'plugin' is not a registered subcommand of 'language'. See 'wp help language' for available subcommands"

Any idea please. Thanx

This is probably will be addressed in upcoming WordPress Toolkit 5.3.0 since we are working on switching to use WP-CLI v2.4 at the moment.
