Courier-IMAP: change SMTP-Port

Hi,

because one of my customer's provider blocks port 25, I want Courier-IMAP to listen also on port 26. Is this possible?

After getting mailserver listen to this port I suggest I must also change the firewall ???

Where can I change this without getting the changes overwritten by plesk ??
