Create a www sub domain

I' ve a big problem. Can i Create a www subdomain?
I don't want make a http://subdomain.domain.* but http://www.subdomain.domain.* It's possible to make?
Please help me

do you want them to be the same? if so have you tried to use a cname dns entry?
