• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I have permission to make a mobile site but get an error

Error: Failed to create mobile site: There are no resources of this type (Mobile Sites) available from your service provider. Requested: 1; available: 0.

Did you check limit for this resource in your subscription and corresponding service plan?

I also have the same error, i have checked permission is okay for reseller and subscriptions.

Yes it`s syncronized and everything is allowed and still get this error

So, are you sure that there isn't 0 allowed for Mobile Sites in Service Plan and corresponding Subscription? Did you try to change it to unlimited ans synchronize subscription? Do you have additional license for UNITY Mobile installed?

I do not have UNITY Mobile installed but it could have been explained in ACP

When you define Mobile Websites limit in Service Plan you see notification "Mobile versions of websites, created and hosted with UNITY Mobile — an external service partnered with Parallels. To employ this service, purchase the additional license for UNITY Mobile, or contact your provider to help you do so."
