Creating a 2nd Admin-type user in mysql

Basic Pleskian
Is it possible to create a mysql user witn all the same privileges as the admin accoount.

Is it p[ossible to login with the admin accoiunt to my own copy php,uy admin? What password wold I use for that? I ran cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow, but the password did not worik for logging in through php my sfmin
