Custom PHP version: -bash: /usr/local/psa/bin/php_handler: No such file or directory

I am using Plesk 11.0.9 and trying to configure the latest version of PHP according to this: http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...inistrator-guide/index.htm?fileName=72042.htm but there seems to be no PHP handler file in /psa/bin/. Any ideas?
