• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Customer and Business Manager 10.2.0 - Plans Wont Sync

Hello.

I've just bought a dedicated cloud server from 1and1.co.uk
I have Plesk 10.2.0 installed on my server.
I also have Plesk Customer and Business Manager 10.2.0 installed.

However when I come to sync my plans that I set up in the business manager with my Plesk Control Panel I keep on getting this error. I have checked and re-checked and cannot see any mistake I made in the configuration process.

I have also googled around and found a lot of other people are having the same problem.

However, my question is...is there a solution? Thanks.

By the way, here is a photo of the exact error I am getting...in case that helps. ;)

It seems to be that one of the limits in service plan has floating point value. I'll forward the issue to developers.

Could you please check all limits in service plan profile (Plans > Bronse hosting (for example) > Properties) and post what value is validated incorrectly?
 
Thanks so much for pointing this out to me.
I've got it working now...I think what I did was I entered an invalid value into the Soft Limits field.
I created disk space limits of 8GB and bandwidth limits of 30GB.
And then I put in the soft limits field 7.8GB for HDD and 29.8GB for bandwidth
I think the ".8" input was invalid. Because it now works when I leave that out.
I will of course notify you if I have any further problems. But for now thank for letting me know. :)
