Hi, as the title suggests I would need to serve my flask app with nginx by disabling proxy mode
before managing my sites with plesk I used this configuration to serve my app

server {
listen 80;
server_name mywebsite.net;

location /static {
alias /home/flask/mywebsite/app/static;
}

location / {
proxy_pass http://localhost:8039
;
include /etc/nginx/proxy_params;
proxy_redirect off;
}
}

with apache I was able to serve it without problems following a guide found on this blog but I would need nginx

i solved it by adding this nginx rule

location / {
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header Host $http_host;
proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:8000;
}
