Issue Difference in Server-Wide blacklist vs SpamFilter blacklist

Ihtshama

Basic Pleskian
hi, I added few domains to spamfilter blacklist and i was happy that all those emails are stopped. but to my surprise, one of my client was still receveing spam from the domain which i added longtime ago in spamfilter.

I need to know what is difference ebtween these to blacklists? Do i have to define at both place?

thank you.

Entries in the "server wide" blacklist apply to all e-mail arriving at the server.
Entries in the blacklist of a specific mailbox apply to that mailbox only.

thank you for your reply.

as per attached image, if i add any entry to spam filter blacklist, i believe it should be applied to whole server, no?
