Disable Cache for a specific folder

Hello, i have the last version of plesk with 2 domain configured, i have a php script on one of my website that change the background image on each page reload, but this script is not working and i think the problem is the cache (the nginx one i think, maybe...), so i just found this code for disable the cache on nginx for a specific folder:

location ~ \folder\image\ {
expires off;
}

anyone can tell me where i find the nginx configuration file for the domain or where i can place this code for disable the cache for one of my website?
