Issue dkim o dmarc flor****.es

Inma

Regular Pleskian
Hello

It seems that no e-mails are coming from this domain because you have the wrong dkim or dmarc, is that correct?

I have checked in Mxtools the dmarc and it is ok, so I don't understand it.

in mxtools the dkim does not give results
Thanks

How can I do to get all the mail to my user and not bounce anything (even if the culprit is the one from another server)?
