Domain asking for authetication?

I'm not sure how I caused this..

when I go to a URL for domain on Plesk, it prompts with Windows Authentication.. if I put in domain username/pw - proceeds to site.. but I don't know what I did to have it secured like this..

any ideas?

It is known problem of Plesk and it was fixed only in Plesk 7.5.4 with hotfix.
You can get hotfix there :
