Email backscatter after 9.2.3 upgrade

Since the 9.2.3 upgrade I keep getting email backscatter.

How can I fix this, it’s driving me crazy.

I tried to deliver a bounce message to this address, but the bounce bounced!

It seems we have found a bug in Plesk, if a domain has a catch all address, it ignores the Reject setting. Anybody else having the same issue?
