email clients need more than 1min to connect to SMTP

Hello,

connection to my SMTP is extremmly slow. I tried these:

- http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=75466

But it does not help.

btw, how can I disable reverse lookups in plesk on Ubuntu ?

Hi

In Ubuntu SMTP is run through inetd (most likely). You can add -Rt0 option in /etc/inetd.conf
