Question email filter/redirection based on subject

Apologies if this is obvious but I can't see how to do it - Is it possible to redirect/redeliver an incoming email based on the subject line content? eg if an email comes into [email protected] can I set up a filter to redirect it to [email protected] if the subject line contains "foobar", otherwise deliver it to joe as intended?
