Issue Email forwarding to third party mail hosting

I have a Plesk 12.5 server (12.5.30 Update #40, running on CentOS 6.8) which hosts the websites for two domains; DOMAIN.A and DOMAIN.B.

The email services for DOMAIN.A is hosted by the Plesk server, the email services for DOMAIN.B are hosted by Gmail.

I've set up a forwarding rule for [email protected] to forward all mail to [email protected] (an existing and working email address).

The Plesk server does not seem to forward the email correctly.
Does anybody know what may be going wrong and how to fix it?

I have a similar issue.

a main domain mydomain.com with web server hosted on the pesk server.
A second domain mydomain.fr hosted as alias on the pesk server.
the mail adresses for mydomain.fr are hosted by google gmail.

Until recently we had mail adresses with [email protected] without mailbox checkbox checked and forwarded to [email protected] that was running fine.

The issue appeared recently with error message :

[[If I create a new mailbox with the same scheme, this one works. ]] This is not true anymore, it worked one time.
