Users are getting errors when trying to use sitebuilder

Message: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'sitebuilder5.site_property' doesn't exist, query was: DESCRIBE `site_property`; Code: 42

Any idea on how to fix it?
 
Looks like SiteBuilder component was not installed successfully and sitebuilder5 database was not correctly created. Try to reinstall component at least.
