  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

error with validity period

I just installed Plesk today, and am climbing the ol' learning curve.

When creating an account template, there is a field (at the very bottom) that asks for the validity period. There is an input field (presumably for a number) and a dropdown for day/month/year. However, I am unable to edit either the input field or the dropdown. Thus I created a template having only specified "year" in the dropdown.

I proceeded to create an account with that template.

Then, when editing that newly-created account, Plesk gripes about the entry in that date field. It turns out that the date field now contains today's date, the unlimited checkbox is checked and grayed out, the date field is inaccessible, and without editing that field I cannot save the record. So I'm stuck - I can't edit the account...

What to do?
