• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
I have Plesk 9.5.4 and when open, the login page appear and I can login, and then error 500

Watching the file /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log I saw this:

PHP Fatal error: require() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Cannot redeclare class message in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3 on line 1794

So, in some part of the code, it declares the message class and then again and it crash

I'm using this:

cat /proc/version

Anything?

This seems a very easy issue, the problems is that Plesk files are encryted/cgi-bin and I can't fix by my self
