The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
Yeap that is what I needed. My permissions are correct. I am seeing a problem where the httpd.include is not updating when I add a new domain. I tested removing a currently setup domain and it did not remove the "Include" line in the file when the domain was deleted. Is there a bug/problem where this file does not get updated or am I missing something.
I hope not. I can't say that I have experienced the same thing, as my server is currently hanging by a very weak thread since this **** update to 8.0.0, and adding or removing a domain may end up breaking it for good.
Perhaps tonight I'll decide to get brave and clean out the old domains, just to see where they end up... and to see where good servers go when they die, if they've led a full and helpful life.
I have had no luck. After applying the little update yesterday I can not add or modify pretty much anything. I was hoping the update yesterday was a bug fix but it looks like it just added more. Looks like I am doing a rebuild of the server this weekend unless I can get some help.

Well, I suspended a domain last night, and I had to manually restart httpd in order for the change to take effect. Waited 45 minutes (httpd was set to restart at 5 minutes in the server console), and it never did on it's own.
*sigh*
Can someone please validate this is the way it should work. When I create a new domain it should at a Include line in the httpd.include file located /etc/httpd/conf? This include line points to the vhost specific include file located in the users directory?
If this is correct then something is broke in Plesk or specifically with my system. When I create a new domain the files are created under /var/www/vhost but the httpd.include file in /etc/httpd/conf is not updated.
Is anyone else seeing this problem or have any ideas what has gone wrong. I am already planning on a rebuild of the server and installed 7.5.4 but if I can fix the problem and still move forward it would save me tons of time.
