• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Fail2ban block all incomming request

tomaszt

New Pleskian
Hello since yesterday I have problem when I turn on the Fail2Ban he start to ban all incoming request even me when I'm added to the trusted IP is here someone that can help with solving the problem?

I thin resolved the issue was that the Plesk change the ModSecurity was switched to Comodo in place of Atomic Standard and that was the error of banning all ip that wanted to enter a website could be that the issue?

if ya really want to get serious about security i would suggest ditching fail2ban and swtch to imunify360 (paid), it uses OSSEC, much better then fail2ban.
