Question Fail2Ban exclude trusted IPs

Does Fail2Ban automatically exclude Trusted IPs from banning rules?

For example, I kept receiving numerous 404 errors from "20.2.24.32", CIDR 20.0.0.0/11 (20.0.0.0 - 20.31.255.255), which falls within Bingbot's range of 20.15.133.160/27 (20.15.133.160 - 20.15.133.191).

Can I put "20.15.133.160/27" in "Trusted IP Addresses" and Ban "20.0.0.0/11"? Will that block Bing, or is that automatically excluded/ignored from banning?

Thanks!
