• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

FC1 to FC2 migration - problem in users / databases / emails

I am recently trying to move data from one server to another server.

Server A has FC1, and almost 50 clients with almost 75 sites.

Server B has FC2, and no nothing.

When i migrate users and sites, from Server A to Server B. following happens:

1: Sits and users are transfered - with all data, databases, emails to server B.

2.: in domain details, it shows only the bandwidht, but doesnt show the space info at all.

3. on some domains, things are same (i mean space, # of emails, # of databases etc) but mostly they are simply not there. (though if i open the domain, it shows)

4. emails and databases are transfered. but when i try to set sites online on system B, no user can login (no matter FTP or Email) - database related sites show nothing or errors in finding database (while i double checked everything - all seems normal)

I have to migrate from the old server to new server in next 15 days time. and thease things are blowing my head off now.

i tried to search the forums, but unfortunately was not able to get any info at all.
