• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi all,
I'm new to posting, I've solved many problems here, and utilize this forum regularly, so I want to say, Thanks!
I want to stop an onslaught of attacks from the whole of China, and Korea. My clients are all local mid-westerners, and we would like to block those countries IP's. I set up the advanced firewall module in plesk 8.6. It's dreadfully slow when I add a single entry, and China takes like 36 entries.

After setting up Advanced Firewall Module with accept as the default. Can I just go ahead and run an IPTABLES script and block the **** out of Asia? Do I need to do anything special like open 8880?
