Firewall Module Activating Configuration

Error: Another administrator is activating a configuration now.

The server has been reboot, I am not sure how to clear this to update my firewall.

just to clarify:

i am not able to update my firewall rules via PLESK. the reason is after trying to activate my new configuration i get this:

Error: Another administrator is activating a configuration now.

Warning: The changes you made to the firewall configuration have not yet been applied to the server. To do it, click Activate.

this cycle repeats no matter how many times i reboot, or try to 'activate'.
