Ftp problem 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

Ciao,

After an upgrade of Plesk 12 , all new accounts ftp do not work , and return this message :
530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

Contrary to what was done before , I verified that Plesk no longer creates the virtual folder in IIS 8.0 > IPADDRESS > localuser.

Any suggestions ?
