• Halloween is coming! To celebrate the occasion, we dusted off a couple of old skins, and even created a brand new one (Pixel).
To get into the festive spirit, install the Skins extension.
  • The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

Full Server Path Needed

I need to know what the full server path is using Plesk 7.5.4. I have searched all over. Below is the code I have used on a shared hosting and it works fine there.

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/home/content/y/a/n/yangle/html/catsafratsrx/catalog/'); // absolute path required

This is what I tried on my virtual Plesk server and it isn't working for my admin section. I am trying to use .htaccess / .htpasswd to password protect my admin stuff.

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/home/content/d/o/m/domain.com/httpdocs/test/catalog/'); // absolute path required

Please help.

It depends on the version of Plesk used when initially installed on the server.

/home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs or more recently /var/www/vhosts/domain.com.httpdocs

A long, long time ago it was in /usr/ something

Ooops! Typo. That should be more recently /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs

Tried both. Didn't work. Trying to get into a password protected directory. It works fine on the test shared hosting. Using .htaccess and .htpasswd. I know I have the correct user/pass yet I can't get in. Need to get this working soon. Thanks.

The two versions of the path he gave you are correct. If whatever you're doing still isn't working, then you have some other kind of problem.

You didn't really explain what your problem is. You said you needed the path and that's what you got.
