Getting backup error: Can not start agent_runner

I'm getting this error message on this domain only. Not sure how to correct it.

Can not start agent_runner /var/lib/psa/dumps/tmp/2007-11-12-00.42.04.205042: Empty error message from utility.

Oh, there are a lot of reason of the problem:

2) I do not know have you got postgresql or not. In any case it should not be stopped.

It seems, the problem was fixed in 8.1
Have you got the latest build installed?
