Greylisting fails: "Buffer too short"

Hi everybody..

At some point greylisting stopped working for me with the following error message:

Jun 18 16:43:09 static qmail-queue-handlers[31431]: call_handlers: call executable = '/usr/local/psa/handlers/info/05-grey-Fs2qWc/executable'
Jun 18 16:43:09 static greylisting filter[31433]: Starting greylisting filter...
Jun 18 16:43:09 static greylisting filter[31433]: Unable to create regexp for [email protected]. Buffer too short
Jun 18 16:43:09 static greylisting filter[31433]: Unable to get data database after selection query: not an error
Jun 18 16:43:09 static greylisting filter[31433]: Unable to get GL status for remote hostname.
Jun 18 16:43:09 static greylisting filter[31433]: Unable to check message
Jun 18 16:43:09 static qmail-queue-handlers[31431]: call_handlers: Error during call '/usr/local/psa/handlers/info/05-grey-Fs2qWc/executable' handler
Jun 18 16:43:09 static qmail-queue-handlers[31431]: LOG Internal error in handler '05-grey-Fs2qWc'. Skip handler.

It used to work fine before but now even a reboot doesn't fix it. Plesk 9.2.1, Suse 11.0.

Any ideas?
Thanks :)
Tim

Hi Andrey,

thanks for the info. That actually did the trick. I might add that it's a good idea to clean out the remaining handlers in /usr/local/psa/handlers/before-local|before-queue|before-remote|info/* though because mchk creates new mailhooks and the old ones point into nothingness effectively stopping serverwide mail delivery.

Found that out the hard way :/
