  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Guestbook js error!

Hi there.
I wonder if anyone has had this js error when trying to post in the guestbook.
Line:11
Char: 2
Error: 'SB_Validator' is undefined
Code: 0
URL:http://......

If I try the prewiev it works great.
I've tested the page in IE7, Safari 4, FF 3.

Noticed that the following file doesn't get copied, resources/js/validator.js
Does anyone know about a fix for this?

Try to re-publish the entire website (you can select this option on publish step) and check this case one more time. It should help.

Hi and thank you.
I tried this but it didn't help.
I manually copied the file and everything started to work.
Do I need to delete everything on the server before I republish?

No, nothing should be deleted before publishing or re-publishing process. Actually, Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder stores modules data in SQLite database only on publishing location, so if you remove published data you will loose all your modules data and site modules will be empty in Sitebuilder Wizard. So it is also suggested to make site backups periodically just in case.
