Issue Help for cached memory - The memory usage status is critical!

Hi, i need help for now more on this situation.
i have some alerts on my plesk server about memory usage.. Until some days ago work fine but are some days i receive this error..
Today i've installed 360 monitoring.
Can you help me to know the problem?

Do you have swap? Is it used by the system?

Just in case,
- Help! Linux ate my RAM!
- Resolved - High memory usage

Try to run the free -m in SSH, and let's see the output.
