• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved [HELP] Site is down, need to restore

Hi guys,

Newbie here and first time post, so mods please remove post if not appropriate.

Firstly, thank you for creating plesk, it works beautifully.

I have a site on the free version of plesk on digitalocean https://djrkg.ml.

Since the project has been on hold for some time, I didn't look at the site, until the client told me that the site is not working today. I restarted the servers, checked fail2ban for blocked ip addresses and then checked the log.

Based on my very limited understanding, it seems like a DDOS attack? It has been going on for quite some time apparently:

Not sure of what the next step is, and how to restore the site. Any and all help will be appreciated.

Thank you for reading and for your responses in advance. Have a great day!

yours sincerely,

Nick
