Hello everyone!
Plesk version 9.5.4. And I am logged in to mailbox which contain ~8500 mails and 3.3 Gb size. But psa-horde failed when show me list of message in Inbox. And just shows
I thought that is limit exceeded in apache's mod_php but no error appeared in apache's error_log. But see error in psa_horde log once the error happened:
HORDE [error] [imp] Unable to retrieve quota [pid 31971 on line 1009 of "/usr/share/psa-horde/imp/lib/IMP.php"]
Ok, go to that line:
$quota = $quotaDriver->getQuota();
if (is_a($quota, 'PEAR_Error')) {
Horde::logMessage($quota, __FILE__, __LINE__, PEAR_LOG_ERR);
return false;
}
In turn, getQuota() method is included from in Quota.php
function getQuota()
{
return array('usage' => 0, 'limit' => 0);
}
Thoughts about what need to do that view an Inbox mailbox without error?
