Horde passwd need help urgent

hello pplz
looking for a help..
I own a windows reseller With plesk 7.5
Anyway I made an account for my client pcatp.org.pk
now he wants his other users to change password ..
And i cant see any change password option at horde what should i do ?
Please guide me and remmeber i am only reseller i don thave any root password..

I installed horde passwd
but i am facing this error now
