Horde will not remember Username or Password

On the log in screen for Horde Webmail, I would like for the user to be allow explorer to remember their username and password. When the user logs in, there is no pop up like on other sites.

Is there a reason for this? Does horde use some JS to prevent this feature in Explorer? If so, can I turn this off?
