Question How can I create a server snapshot?

I need to upgrade PHP but before doing that I want to make a server snapshot in case I need to rollback. How can I create one. Is there already that functionality on the admin homepage?

Plesk is hosting panel and has a corresponding backup manager for hosting purposes (sites, subscriptions, etc)
Making snapshots of the whole system is server administrative task and this task not in the scope of Plesk hosting panel purpose.
So, use system tools for server on OS level.
