How do i import a mailman mailing list from one domain to another??

Hi,

I am currently using mailman to manage my mailinglists. I am now moving to a new hosting provider, witch uses plesk, and i would like to use my old mailinglist in the new mailman-module in plesk. Is it possible to export/import these malinglist-files? If yes, how do i do that in plesk/mailman?
