How do I place a button on the Email User Interface

Hi,

I would like to enable my Email Adress Users to create Aliases on ther email adresses. They shall have this ability on the User Interface you get when logging into Plesk using your email adress and password (I do not know how this part of Plesk is called).

How can I place a user button with my own script on this panel?
