How do i to setup a Master Reseller account

Today my question is about, how do i to create a master reseller account or a alpha master reseller account ( a reseller who sell reseller account) , im comming from Cpanel and you can create it from WHM, how i can do it?

I'm also interested to know if it's possible to setup hierarchical resellers under a top level reseller (I don't think so from what I've seen so far but confirmation one way or the other be good)?

It is not possible to create top level reseller who can sell reseller account in Plesk. This purpose can be realized by Automation Parallels products like PBAS or PA.
