• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Resolved How to block e-mail names?

maennchen1

New Pleskian
I got more than 20 mails from name "Bitcoin Halving" with changing mail addresses. How can I block them? Using blacklist allows me to block addresses, not names.

Do you have root access to the server?

Then it would be possible to install SpamAssassin and configure a custom spam rule.

Information on how to install SpamAssassin

The links below will help you in the right direction to create custom rules for SpamAssassin

If you don't have root access (because you're a reseller or end user) you could login to webmail and setup a filter rule to move these kind of messages to your spam folder.
