How to copy a web page in my pc.

Hi, I am new.
I want to copy some files from the web site into my pc. Is it possible?
I have try to use the file manager of parallels pleask panel 9.2.2 but I don't find the way to export or save a file in my pc. Someone can help me?

I want to test a modify localy in my pc..

Hmm... Just click to file with right mouse button in your browser and select "Save link as..."
 
If I try to save the page with the right bottom of the mouse I reveive this error.. look the attach

Seems it is problem of your Windows or browser than Plesk problem. Did you tried google for "Impossibile scaricare"?
 
I don't think that it's a problem with Windows or browser because If i try to use another pc I have the same thing.
Also If I try to modify a file I receive this error:

filemng: Error occured during /bin/cat command.

Can I create a Ftp access? Someone can help me?
I want to modify a html page but before I want a copy of this page in my pc.
