How to enable antivirus and antispam by default

Hello,

Is there a way to activate the antivirus and antispam to all my clients and domains's emails by default?

Its really a pain to enable it each time a new email account is create.

To enable the antispam by default I followed the article http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.2/Doc/plesk-8.2-unix-administrators-guide/16875.htm
unchecked the option Apply individual settings to spam filtering but it still not being enable by default when an email account is created.

Any news on this?
