How to get a list of databases from Customer Panel programmatically?

Hi,

How to get a list of databases, database_users, domains, subdomains from Customer Panel programmatically? I tried using pm_ApiRpc but it gives me 'Permission Denied' error, I can only do this when I logged in as admin.

I'm creating an extension, when client starts the extension by clicking on the icon, I would like to be able to list client's databases for instance. Any help would be appreciated.
