How to install php5.3 on i386 with Plesk 9.5.4

I really need to upgrade php to 5.3, yet am not having any luck on any front. Tried updating through yum, but says no upgrades available, yet see the list below.

Thank you for the link. I looked at that article, but noticed I was not getting those same errors. I was getting a no packages marked for update error.
 
I went through the steps as suggested in the resolution and came up with the same error. I saw an error along the way for php-sqlite, so I removed that and tried again, but no luck. Steps below:
