How to monitor outbound email by subject?

I'm trying to track down which users are sending out boatloads of spam. The easiest way I can think of to do this is to view the outbound queue and keep an eye on the subject. Is this possible? I can tail -f the maillog, but it doesn't give the subject, just the addresses.

Is there a way I can do this from the command line, or a third party utility or something?

Thanks.

Thanks, but after playing with qmhandle for a while, it looks like it only lets me look at messages in the queue. I was wondering if there's a way to look over logs of emails that have already been sent.
