• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How to reinstall Business Manager After Uninstalling It

Hi,

I originally uninstalled business manager by switching off sso and doing a yum remove plesk-billing.
I also removed that one db field so the menu doesnt show on the left.

Now I have had around 5 different resellers requesting the feature so I would like to install it to its former glory.
I managed to install in again and all appears to be working, but the menu on the left is not there in the control panel.

Any idea how to get this back?

Regards,

Just run /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller select CBM there and install it.

Tried that keep getting errors:

Running Transaction
Installing : plesk-billing 1/1

Change option 'privileged_sp_id' in SSO config.

Done.

Error: Execution failed.
Command: billing_connect_panel

Did that:

[root@cp /]# /usr/share/plesk-billing/sso --command=repair-accounts
Repair administrative accounts:

FIRSTNAME <Hidden> Lowe (ID: 1)... [OK]
OrderForm User (ID: 2)... [OK]

Repair customers accounts:

The command 'repair-accounts' completed without errors.

Billing menus still dont show up on the left hand menu in the panel and its not syncing any customers from the panel to the billing manager.

But did you successfully complete CBM installation with autoinstaller?

Error: Execution failed.
Command: billing_connect_panel
Details: The following SSO error occurred: Cannot create new FI due to 'admin' is already exists. (HTT P code: 404)

Unable to register local panel

That error appears everytime I run the autoinstaller.
So I did what you said above and posted the reply.

I can only assume but I'm not sure. It would be better contact support team.
You can try login to SSO database with

# sqlite3 /var/lib/sso/sso.db

From error message we can see "Cannot create new FI due to 'admin' is already exists".

So, there are two possible related tables:

federation_item (FI)
federation

For example:

sqlite> select * from federation_item;
