Question How to set PHP-FPM 'PATH'

Hey,
I'm trying to set up an nginx with Nextcloud 12 and PHP 7.0 from OS. Everything work except the PATH from PHP. I'm trying to edit the conf in /etc/php/7.0/fpm/pool.d but the www.conf doesn't change something and the .conf for the domain gets overwritten by Plesk. But there it work to set the PATH. Is there any other .conf which I have to use? Or can I disable the overwriting?
