How to use dyndns on a MX

Hello world.
Some customer haven't fixed IP. They use dyndns.
I want to redirect mails to their server. I want to change the MX dns but i can't use de dyndns.
Have you a solution?

why you can't use dyndns ?

just put the dyndns name in you mx record ...

I have try to change the link mail.dns.com not mx directly.
