httpd2-prefork error

Hello,
I'm from Germany, so my english is not that good :)

I've got the latest plesk release running on a virtual server.
Everything works good, but I cannot start the apache2 by using plesk or ssh! It only works when I start apache2 via my VZPP.

Here are some error logs:

response to "rcapache2 extreme-configtest"
httpd2-prefork: could not open document config file /srv/www/vhosts/mydomain.tld/conf/httpd.include

extract from the error log:

[Sun Sep 02 12:19:00 2007] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
[Sun Sep 02 12:19:00 2007] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `plesk' does NOT match server name!?
[Sun Sep 02 12:19:00 2007] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `plesk' does NOT match server name!?
[Sun Sep 02 12:19:00 2007] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec2)
[Sun Sep 02 12:19:01 2007] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `plesk' does NOT match server name!?
[Sun Sep 02 12:19:01 2007] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `plesk' does NOT match server name!?
[Sun Sep 02 12:19:02 2007] [notice] Apache/2.0.53 (Linux/SUSE) configured -- resuming normal operations

that should be enough

the vhost.conf file exist in the right direction and this command does not help:
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng -a -v

help me please

greetings from Germany
