Huge problem with customer DNS

ThomasSossna

New Pleskian
Hey there,

at first sorry for my english, im from Germany.

Okay, here my question/problem:
Im a Domain reseller and i tried to create a customer service which got only one privileg: manage its DNS.
I changed all settings to zero(webspace quota and so on), it works more or less well, but thats ok.

The fault is when me or the customer change the DNS settings to its external server, for example the A-Record, its not working... i dont know why. The domains destination is still the serverip which is running plesk, but it should be the entered server ip from the customers server...

Best regards from Bavaria, Germany
